We are a dedicated team of engineering leaders from top-tier medical device and automation companies—including Abbott Laboratories, Philips Respiratory Care, and Becton Dickinson (BD). Having spent decades developing Class III life-support ventilators, automated PCR molecular diagnostic instruments, and high-availability pharmacy robotics, we understand the physics, tooling realities, and regulatory demands required to bring complex hardware to life.

We founded our firm to offer agile, high-caliber engineering directly to startups and expanding companies. We eliminate administrative bloat and deliver a tight, battle-tested development loop that bridges digital architecture with physical hardware in record time.

Luis is an accomplished product designer with over 20 years of experience in transforming innovative concepts into successful, market-ready products.

With deep expertise in injection molding, design for manufacturing (DFM), and medical device, he has designed and driven numerous projects from initial idea to full-scale production.

LORI’S BIO

Lori is a co-founder and leading project manager with over 15 years of experience in global vendor management and business development. She holds a PMP certification and an MBA, and has a decade of hands-on experience in logistics and purchasing. Lori is dedicated to achieving exceptional results, and her greatest satisfaction is seeing her clients’ excitement about their product outcomes

carlos’s BIO

Carlos has over two decades of experience as a technology entrepreneur. He specializes in hardware development and end-to-end IoT solutions, from sensor data to web-based presentation. With a background at Motorola, Carlos successfully launched his own vehicle tracking business, and he now focuses on implementing push technologies and real-time data stream analysis for custom alerts and intelligent decision-making.

NITIN’S BIO

Nitin has over 30 years of experience in medical devices, biotechnology, and robotics. He holds an MSME in Robotics and has successfully guided products from concept to market, specializing in complex mechanical and fluidic systems. Nitin is an expert in FDA and EU regulations and has led multidisciplinary teams in product development and risk analysis at companies like Bristol Myers Squibb and Philips Medical.

GABe’S BIO

Gabe is curious and creative young mind currently in 5th grade, he has a strong interest in technology and design. Whether tinkering with gadgets or sketching out new ideas, he loves exploring how things work and imagining how they could work better. His projects often show a playful sense of innovation and a willingness to experiment.
